Career Progression

My career spans 10+ years of software development, beginning with full-stack application work and evolving into frontend-focused engineering at scale.

At DICK’S Sporting Goods, I progressed from frontend development into a software engineering role, contributing across large-scale e-commerce platforms built with Angular and React within AEM CMS environments.

I delivered 90+ Angular templates (~40% of the CMS system), contributed to a shared component library in a monorepo aligned with a Tailwind-based design system, and helped establish consistent UI patterns across multi-brand applications.

Earlier in my career, I worked as an Associate Application Developer at Kent State University, building and modernizing internal applications using PHP, Laravel, and JavaScript (Vue.js)—laying the foundation for my long-term focus on scalable application development.
